I love these I’’ve been wearing them for 4 days straight- from snowstorm to freezing cold to slushy thaw and mud- and they’’ve been warm dry and comfortable from beginning to end. In the past I’’ve worn some boots and while my feet may ache at the end of the day they would really be stiff and painful the following morning. Not with these- I’’ve had no discomfort at all and am greatly impressed with how dry and warm they’’ve been through this storm

The insoles are not quite as comfortable as previous pairs of your 4x4 series I have purchased. The insole also slips forward when I put my foot in the boot. I didn’’t have that problem before either. Other than that I love to boots. Very warm and comfortable. Just need to improve on the insole.

I would say most comfortable safety I have ever worn. Good grip very easy on the feet for standing and working long hours. Breath very well for the hotter climates and keep your feet comfortable in the cooler climates. Had mine for four months before the stitching started to come apart on the side at the toe. I would and will buy these again just for the comfort.

I’’ve been through 4 pair of the other "6549" hikers. They are very comfy and lightweight but not very durable. At work I beat the tar out of my boots and bought these 4x4 hikers for their durability and I wanted to try the composite toe. These don’’t get as cold as my old steel toes in sub-zero temps. I just hope they’’re as cool in the summer as my old ones. But they are very lightweight and the ice/snow traction is very good. The quality of these boots is probly similar to any other hiker but the comfort and traction is second to none. I’’ve owned many others and will never buy another brand again. I can work 11 hours in these and do it again the next day.
