Fast service. Got my boots 2 days after order. This is my second pair of Carolina boots. These are the most comfortable pair of boots I have owned. No break in time needed.

I had some problems with placing the order because of computer problems but I called a customer service agent and she took care of the problem promptly. Very pleased.
