I’’ve worn three different styles of these Matterhorn boots Black tan now sage over the last 11yrs and I’’m never disappointed. Outstanding boot

These boots were bought for one of our military staff. As these boots are so highly regarded by these guys inc for when on deployments and are for me as the head of purchasing value for money they have become the standard cold weather boots for the whole squadron’’s military contingent and I have been pestered by some of the civilians who want them too. The boots do seem to come up a little larger than the expected size however all of the guys are aware of this and usually a new guy will try the boots of an existing member of the military staff to ensure their size so that small variance is factored in. Also some of the guys just wear very thick socks for a comfortable fit. Other than the issue of the Air Force picking a boot that is a pain to maintain the apperance of for guys in hard working ’’Red Horse’’ type environments I would not hesitiate to recommend these boots to anyone. They are hard working comfortable and keep your feet warm.
