I ordered a pair of two tier books the first time and ordered the wrong size. I wanted a women size 7 instead I ordered a child’’s 7. When I called to request the correct size the customer service rep. was totally awesome and helpful. I wish I remembered her name because she was also pleasant. You do not get too many of those but I ordered my correct size and another pair. It was well worth it. I did recommend this site to a few of my friends.
