I work in a restaurant so I cover a lot of ground. The insole is great very cushy. I ordered wide width and that was perfect. After reading reviews it seemed to run small so I ordered half size larger. That was not necessary the shoe is a little big but not a dealbreaker. The heel height may be a little high after 7 hours the ball of my foot hurts a little. But overall a good shoe and happy with purchase.

these shoes are non-slip and easy on the feet even when work double shift- nurse mates provide comfort
Nadia shoe is perttydurable-a must have for lady heath care workers
