Fits true to size Fits true to width

I have acute foot problems, including a thick 'pad' of scar tissue on bottom of right foot. This is the ONLY shoe I've ever worn that accommodates this problem without a specially-made orthotic. Do wish brand plans some sort of a leather upper style for more dressy style...I'd buy it in a heartbeat!!
