Do you have any catalogs you can mail me?
Supershoes.com does not have any catalogs since we are just on online retailer for several different brands of shoes. Was there a specific brand of shoe you were interested in? Please respond at your earliest convenience.
How do I place an order my check or money order?
Please include the style# and size you would like us to send you and the ship to address. Please make the check/money order out to Shoeline.com for the exact amount of the shoes, since we have free ground shipping. Please mail your order to the address below. How do I return or exchange my shoes?
All shoes must be returned in original condition for refund or exchange, unless they are being returned for defective reasons. Please use the return/exchange form and prepaid UPS return label to send the shoes back to us. If you are missing any of this paperwork please let us know, so we can mail it out to you. Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
I have worn the shoes, but they are uncomfortable. Can I still return them?
Shoes must be in original condition to be accepted for returns/exchange (unless defective).
Do you ship outside the US?

SuperShoes.com stands by our products. If you are unhappy with your order you may return your purchase within 30 days of shipment for a refund or exchange. Shoes must be in original condition to be accepted for returns/exchange(unless defective). Beyond 30 days, our products are guaranteed against defects and workmanship. * For the holiday season, our 30 day policy will be flexible to accommodate gift purchases in the event that the recipient wishes to do an exchange for another size or style.
Straight returns are charged a fee of $5.95 if the UPS Pre-Paid Return Sticker provided is used.The cost of shipping an item back to SuperShoes.com is always the responsibility of the customer.(Note: exceptions to this policy are made for defective items). No shipping charges will be applied to exchange orders.
We will process your return/exchange 1-2 days after it is received at our warehouse. If you did not receive a Merchandise Return Form with your order, please print,fill out, and return this Return Form (Acrobat PDF) for your return/exchange. You will receive an email from us to confirm the receipt and processing of your return. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund credit to appear on your credit card/bank account.
