If you would like to exchange your product for another style or size, or to return your merchandise, first fill out the Return/Exchange Form. Next take your product to your local UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS office and ship to the Returns Department at the address listed below. Please make sure to keep a copy of the package's tracking number for your records.
If you believe you have a defective product, please fill out the Return/Exchange Form and follow the shipping instructions listed above. Super Shoes will review your product and will contact you with further information regarding your request.
You can also return your products at any of our Super Shoes store locations, or to our Customer Service address above.
Super Shoes offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $74.99 and above. If your purchase is below this threshold, a flat $5.99 shipping fee will be applied to your order. Shipping fees are applied to the entire order, not each individual item separately.
