Returns & Exchanges


If you're not happy, we're not happy! If you would like to exchange your product for another style or size, or return your merchandise, our process is easy and straightforward. Return any item to our Returns Department via mail, or stop in to one of our 43 locations. Please make sure to include your receipt of purchase with your exchange or return whether returning in-store or shipping back to our Returns Department. Super Shoes does not refund shipping fees.

To Make a Return or Exchange:
• Fill out our "Return/Exchange Form"
• Address your package to the address below
• Drop off your package at your local UPS or FedEx location
• Keep a copy of your tracking number for your records

If you believe you have a defective product, please contact Super Shoes Customer Service Department via phone: 866.842.7510 or email to discuss the defect and possibly schedule a pre-paid pick-up for the product to be returned to Super Shoes Returns Department.
