Rules for Super Shoes $500 Wish List Fulfillment Giveaway: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

The Super Shoes $500 Wish List Fulfillment Giveaway: begins on 7/22 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (EST) on 8/10 (“Promotion Period”).

Entrants must follow the entry instructions by texting the word "HEYTEACH" to 888-524-1675. Entry into the Giveaway is free. Normal message rates apply. Super Shoes reserves the right to disqualify any entry for non-compliance with these rules. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entrants must be legal residents of the United States of America with a current U.S. address for prize fulfillment. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programming or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.

The promotion is open only to legal residents of the eight states in which our brick & mortar stores are located. Eligible states include Maine, New Hampshire, New York, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and Vermont. All entrants at the time of entry must be a) eighteen (18) years of age or older and b) currently employed full or part-time as an educator by an accredited public or private K-12 school in one of the aforementioned eight states. (“Entrants”). Super Shoes is the official administrator and sponsor of this program. Employees of Super Shoes and their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families and household members (parent, spouse, child or sibling) of each are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Five (5) total winners will be randomly selected to have $500 of their supply wish list fulfilled.

Total maximum retail value of all prizes is $500 per teacher. Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries received. Super Shoes makes every attempt to fulfill prizes. Prizes unclaimed after fourteen (14) days will not be awarded. Limit one (1) prize per person. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable. No substitution allowed. Only the number of prizes stated in the Rules is available to be won. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible Entries is received. Any depiction of prizes is for illustrative purposes only. All prizes are awarded as-is and without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Winners are responsible for all taxes on prizes received. Super Shoes reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the Promotion or any part of it. Super Shoes is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of the entries. Super Shoes retains the discretion to make all decisions regarding the interpretation and application of these rules. All decisions are final and discretionary. The laws of the State of Maryland shall govern this Promotion.
