Returns & Exchanges

Returns can be processed at any of our retail store locations or by shipping to our Returns Department. Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging. Receipt is required for all returns.

For refund requests delivering to our Returns Department, please return items in secure packaging using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Include your receipt and a completed Return Form. Note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the consumer.

How to Exchange an Item:

For in-store purchasers: To exchange an item purchased in-store, simply visit any of our locations within 30 days of the purchase date with the product in its original, unused condition and with all tags attached. Please note that your receipt is required for an exchange.

For online purchasers: Direct exchanges are not available for online purchases. If you need a different size or style, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.

Additional Information:

Super Shoes reserves the right to accept or decline returns and exchanges at our discretion. Items that appear worn, for sanitary and safety reasons, cannot be returned or exchanged. For any issues related to defective products or shipment problems, contact our Customer Service Department to discuss potential waivers of return shipping fees. Remember, shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
