Most orders ship within 2 business days and deliver within 2-7 days from the ship date. While uncommon, certain orders may take longer due to product availability. Super Shoes makes every effort to inform customers of known delays. Orders typically ship from our warehouse in Pennsylvania, one of our stores, or directly from our vendors. Occasionally, orders may be shipped in multiple boxes.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. The email will allow you to click on a link to the shipping provider website and track your order. You may also check your order status on our Order Status page or from My Account.
An order can be changed any time prior to shipping, but hurry - we're working hard to ship your orders as quickly as we can! Contact customer service department via email at customerservice@supershoes.com or phone at 1-866-842-7510 as soon as possible if a change is needed.

Super Shoes offers Free Ground Shipping on all orders over $50.00! If your purchase is below this threshold, a flat fee of $6.95 will apply to your entire order.
We cannot ship to addresses outside the continental United States or to P.O. Boxes. We do not offer APO/FPO at this time.
At Super Shoes, shipping fees are in no way intended to generate revenue - we apply standard shipping fees simply to offset a portion of our actual shipping cost. This allows us to continue to offer our customers extremely competitive low prices.
The applicable state and local taxes to be charged to your credit card for your online order will be calculated prior to order confirmation during the Checkout process. If you modify your shipping address after taxes have been calculated, your taxes will be adjusted accordingly.
